Submissions are to be uploaded to the submission/evaluation website portal at https://equinocs.springernature.com/service/seet2025. However, please read the instructions below before doing so.
For the submission of draft papers (i.e., papers submitted for evaluation), any reasonable formatting/typesetting is acceptable. Authors of accepted papers will later receive specific typesetting instructions to prepare their final versions. The final papers are expected to use the standard Springer Nature typesetting format ("US letter" standard size):
All submissions must be original and must not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. For categories of papers and page limitations, refer to https://seet25.sw-conf.com/#tracks. Submissions must be in either MS doc or PDF formats (only one file should be uploaded/submitted for each paper).
All submissions will be tested for similarity and overlap with prior published material using the iThenticate tool. The results of such overlap will be available to the Program Committee for evaluation. A committee that reports to the VP for Publications will investigate possible violations of the Springer ethics rules in publishing.

Selection Criteria
The awards will be conferred to the author(s) of a paper presented at the conference selected by the Program/ Track Chairs. The decision criterion will consider the paper quality (assessed by the Program Committee) and the oral presentation quality (feedback from session chairs at the conference venue). As such, to enable a final ranking in a timely manner:
- Papers selected as candidates for best paper awards will be presented in sessions on the first or second days of the conference.
- Candidates for the "Best Student Paper Award (SRC)" should be presented by students, though authors may include senior members.
